As Associate Director, he plays a key role in the day to day leadership of the business, overseeing sales, supporting the team and helping to shape the company’s ongoing growth and success.
A highly experienced negotiator with a strategic approach to every transaction, Jamie is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the very best outcome for every client. We are delighted to have Ellie working for Bailey & Co as she has a wealth of experience having started her career in property in 2000. She has successfully navigated an exceptional career progression, enjoying a range of roles giving her a comprehensive knowledge of both buying and selling properties.
Ellie is incredibly committed to customer service and is particularly adept at helping first time buyers and sellers who are often lost amongst the jargon and processes of our industry. She offers a reassuring guiding hand and warm understanding that is always appreciated.

Hugh is a third-year Real Estate student at Northumbria University, with aspirations to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. Outgoing and sociable by nature, he thrives on building connections and collaborating with others. Beyond his academic and career ambitions, Hugh is passionate about fitness and sports, regularly training at the gym, running, and practising kickboxing. He also enjoys cooking and unwinding over a game of snooker or pool. Dedicated to expanding his expertise in the property sector, Hugh brings energy, enthusiasm, and a personable approach to everything he undertakes.
