Sunday, August 27, 2017

If you are thinking of selling your home and you happen to be in the right catchment for desireable schools the news is very good. This adds nearly £27,000 to the average home price.

If paying more is not sacrifice enough, other findings were that 20% changed jobs, 20% had to downsize and 19% relocated to somewhere they felt less safe just to ensure their children get the best education.

Interestingly according to their reseach 44% will move away, once a place is secure and 26% plan to stay put. So It is not a forever home that is the main focus in the search.
