Renting a property should be all about choice. Our rental portfolio contains a wide range of properties in some of Newcastle upon Tyne’s most desirable suburbs; enabling us to match your requirements and budget to the right property for you.

FEES

Professional Applicants:

Application fees per professional applicant are 50% of one month’s rent +VAT.

This fee covers the following;

- Tenant referencing (previous landlord & employer)
- Guarantor referencing (if applicable)
- Credit checks
- Production of tenancy agreement (AST)
- Administration charges

For Example: A property with a rental figure of £850pcm – fees charged would be £425+VAT (£510 inclusive of VAT) to cover the above costs.

Student Applicants:

Application fees per student applicant are a fixed fee of £125 +VAT (£150 inclusive of VAT).

This fee covers the following;

- Tenant referencing (previous landlord)
- Guarantor referencing
- Credit checks (for both tenant & guarantor)
- Production of tenancy agreement (AST)
- Administration charges

Please Note: application fees are non-refundable in the event of a failed application. If any applicant fails a credit check or unsatisfactory references are received, then Bailey & Co. withhold the right to retain application fee monies paid in full. Please ask a member of staff for further details prior to any application fee payments being made.
